Notice: This document describes AXORYN Technology's practices for the site axoryn.tech, the Virtual Classroom aula.axoryn.tech, and associated digital services. It has been drafted in line with international data protection and digital consumer principles (GDPR/EU, Law 29733 – Peru, and ISO/IEC 27701 good practices). 1. What are cookies and similar technologies?
Cookies are small files that a site stores on your browser. Local identifiers (localStorage), pixels, or third-party scripts may also be used for equivalent purposes. They allow us to maintain your session, remember preferences, and, if you allow it, measure site usage.
2. Types of cookies by purpose
Strictly necessary / technical: essential for login, security (CSRF), load balancing, or remembering basic settings. They do not require consent under most legal frameworks.
Preferences: remember language or interface options.
Analytics / statistics: help us understand aggregated traffic (pages, duration). Used only with consent when not strictly necessary.
Marketing: AXORYN does not currently run third-party behavioral advertising on the public site. If this is introduced in the future, prior consent will be requested.

4. Legal basis
Necessary cookies: legitimate interest / technical necessity to provide the requested service.
Analytics or non-essential cookies: the user's prior consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR and equivalents), which may be withdrawn at any time.
5. How to manage or reject cookies
You may:
Configure your browser to block or delete cookies (Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Safari → Settings → Privacy).
Use private/incognito browsing mode.
Withdraw consent for non-essential cookies where a banner or preferences panel is available on the site.
If you block technical cookies, you may be unable to log in to the Virtual Classroom or complete purchases.
Some forms load Google reCAPTCHA scripts, which may set Google's own cookies subject to its privacy policy. Card payment, when active, may involve scripts from the payment processor (e.g., Culqi) under its own terms.
